Today is Hi/Lo Thursday
Hi: I got birthday money from my dad -- it's a tough economy and any money is helpful, but the fact that the amount my dad sent was more than normal, and he just bought a new house, I'm quite grateful. Also, my mom brough the poodles back home (after she said she was giving them to her best friend). All of these things make me very happy!
Lo: Knowing that the beautiful weather we've been having is about to end...Superficial yes, but at least things are going well enough that I don't have a major "Lo"!
